Hi, I’m Harry.
I started Assistant Empire because I kept seeing talented creators do everything right with their content and still struggle to turn it into steady sponsorship income.
The pattern was always the same. The content was good, the audience was loyal, but nobody was out there asking brands to pay for it. The creator was too busy creating, which is exactly what they should be doing.
So that’s the job I took on. Assistant Empire is deliberately small. I’d rather work closely with a limited number of creators and do consistent outreach for each of them than collect a huge roster and only pay attention to the biggest names.
Day to day, that means researching brands, writing pitches, following up, negotiating and keeping campaigns on track. It also means being straight with people. If I don’t think a deal is right for you, I’ll say so. If I don’t think I can help you yet, I’ll tell you that too, along with what I’d work on first.
We also help brands run creator outreach, because understanding both sides of the deal makes us better at each.
The goal is simple: every creator we work with should feel like they finally have someone in their corner on the business side.

Your name, your call
We never accept a deal or make a commitment on your behalf without your OK.
Only brands you’d use
Your audience’s trust is the asset. We won’t pitch anything that would spend it cheaply.
Honest numbers
No inflated promises to win your business. We’d rather under-promise and keep you for years.
