For creators

Your own sponsorship team, without hiring one.

We find the brands, write the pitches, negotiate the deals and chase the follow-ups. You decide which offers to take and get back to making things.

Colorful collage art — creator energy

Here’s the truth about how most sponsorships happen right now

If you’re like most of the creators we speak to, your sponsorship “system” looks something like this. Every so often a brand emails you. Sometimes it’s a great fit and a fair offer. More often it’s a gifted product, a lowball rate, or an agency asking for your “best price” before they’ve told you anything about the campaign.

Now and then you decide to be proactive. You make a list of brands you’d love to work with, spend an evening digging for email addresses, write a few pitches and send them off. Two people reply. One says they’re “planning next quarter”. You mean to follow up, but you’ve got a video to finish, and by the time you remember it’s been six weeks.

None of this means you’re bad at business. It means sponsorship outreach is a real job, and you already have one. That’s the gap we fill.

The creators who get steady brand deals aren’t always the biggest. They’re usually the ones with someone consistently asking on their behalf.

What’s included

Here’s exactly what we take off your plate

1. Positioning and research

Before we pitch anyone, we get to know your channel. What your audience cares about, what they buy, which past sponsors performed well, which categories make sense and which would feel off. From that we build a target list of brands, ranked by fit, that you review and approve.

2. Pitch materials

Brands decide quickly. We make sure your media kit, rate guide and one-paragraph introduction are clear and current. If you don’t have a media kit, we’ll help you put one together from your real numbers.

3. Outreach to decision-makers

We find the person who runs creator partnerships at each brand and write to them directly. Every pitch is written for that specific company. No mail-merge blasts with your name swapped in.

4. Follow-ups

Plenty of deals only land after a follow-up or two. We follow up politely and persistently, and keep track of who said “try us in March” so March doesn’t slip by.

5. Negotiation

When a brand bites, we handle the money conversation. Rate, number of deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity windows, payment terms and deadlines. You get a clear summary and decide.

6. Contracts, campaign admin and payment

We go through the agreement with you and point out anything unusual, keep briefs and approvals moving, and chase the invoice until it’s paid. If something needs a lawyer, we’ll tell you.

What a normal week looks like

Your part is quick.

Once we’re up and running, here’s roughly how a week goes. Some weeks are busier than others, but the shape stays the same.

Monday

We send a fresh batch of pitches to brands on your approved list and follow up on anyone who hasn’t replied.

Midweek

Replies come in. We answer questions, send your media kit and qualify interest. Anything serious gets moved to a call or an offer.

When an offer lands

You get a short message from Harry: who the brand is, what they want, what they’re offering, and what we think. You say yes, no, or “push for more”.

Ongoing

We keep a simple shared tracker so you can see every brand we’ve contacted, where each conversation stands and what’s coming up.

Why work with us

What makes this different from an agency roster or a marketplace

You’re not lost in a huge roster

Big talent agencies often focus on their largest names and wait for inbound. We keep a small client list on purpose so every creator gets real, outbound effort.

Outbound, not just inbox management

Answering emails that arrive is useful. Going out and creating opportunities that wouldn’t have existed is where most of the value is. We do both.

You keep control

Nothing gets signed without you. You choose the brands, approve the rates, and can say no to anything for any reason.

Straight answers

If we don’t think we can help you yet, we’ll say so on the first call and tell you what would change that.

Your relationships stay yours

The brands you work with are your contacts. If we ever stop working together, those relationships don’t disappear.

One person who knows your channel

You deal with Harry. Not a rotating account manager who needs everything explained again.

Good fit

This works best for creators who…

  • Publish regularly on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, a podcast or a newsletter
  • Have an audience that trusts their recommendations
  • Would rather spend their time creating than cold-emailing
  • Want sponsors they can talk about honestly
  • Are open to feedback on positioning and pricing

Not a fit

We’re probably not right if you…

  • Want any sponsor at all, whatever the product
  • Need guaranteed income from month one
  • Aren’t able to deliver sponsored content on agreed deadlines
  • Want to stay completely out of the loop

Common worries

The things creators usually ask us before they sign up

I already get some brand emails. Do I still need this?

Inbound is a good sign, but it’s usually a fraction of what’s possible, and it tends to skew towards the brands with the smallest budgets doing the most outreach. We handle the inbound well and add consistent outbound on top.

How do you know what I should charge?

We look at your audience, engagement, format, niche, usage rights and what the brand is asking for. We’ll give you a range we think is fair and explain why, and you set the floor you won’t go below.

Will brands think it’s weird that someone else is emailing them?

Not at all. Brands deal with managers and agents all the time. A professional, well-organised contact often makes you look more established, not less.

Do I have to give you exclusivity?

We’ll talk about this on the call. In most cases we simply agree who handles which conversations, so nobody pitches the same brand twice.

What if a brand wants something I’m not comfortable with?

Then we say no, or negotiate it into something you are comfortable with. You’ll never be pushed into a deal.

How long until the first deal?

It varies by niche, season and how ready your materials are. Brands often plan budgets weeks or months ahead, so think of this as building a pipeline rather than flipping a switch. We’ll give you a realistic expectation on the first call.

Which platforms do you cover?

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, newsletters and Twitch. Many deals bundle more than one platform, and we’re happy to negotiate those.

How much does it cost?

That depends on what you need. See the pricing page, or ask on the call and we’ll explain it in plain numbers before you commit to anything.
